The bed was comfortable
The room was underfurnished - three hangers for two people, no chest of drawers and too far from the city although it was advertised at two kilometers - impossible to walk because it was at the side of a motorway. The taxi fare to the city was 20 euros each time - we stayed only one night and await a refund of three nights as they asked for payment up front. I made a mistake and chose the wrong hotel.

Its location was good and perfect on the outskirts of Carcassonne. Double room with 3 single beds accommodated us perfectly. The staff were really helpful and always had a smile.

honestly nothing to complain about. modern hotel located in a green area close enough to the dual carriageway, france and carcassonne. top quality and spotless room and good bathroom with a roll in shower and bath sheets. the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable. favourable and unbeatable location, a few steps away from everywhere.

This place met expectations, very close to fast food restaurants such as McDonald's and other dining options in both the UK and France, with a convenient and unbeatable location by the dual carriageway.

Easy to access and familiar set up to other french budget chains. Good value breakfast.
Ground floor room window could not be left open overnight as there was no security lock. As there was no air conditioning it mean't for a hot night.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway with our kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the hotel itself had everything we needed. The rooms were small but comfortable, with clean and cozy beds. Our kids loved the digital programming on the flat-screen TV - they were entertained for hours! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. it was a wonderful stay for our family.
My wife says that having an additional bedside table would have been helpful for our family.

The staff were helpful but nobody there spoke English.Despite its proximity to a motorway there was no noise problem. Breakfast selection was very good
The location was some 3 or 4 kilometres outside Carcassone and without access by bus so unfortunately having no car I had to spend over 30 euros each day to go into Carcassone, thus negating any value-for-money of the price. Frankly Petit-Dejeuner is more of a motel - all guests I saw stayed only for one night each. As stated above none of the staff, or indeed the manager, spoke English so I was fortunate to be able to speak a little French.

We had a blast exploring the old walled city and checking out the awesome local nightlife. Our room was clean and cozy, perfect for crashing after a night of partying. The digital programming kept us entertained when we needed to chill. a rad spot for a weekend getaway with friends.
Wish there was a chill hangout area in the hotel where we could have pre-drinks and meet other party-loving peeps. But hey, we found plenty of cool bars nearby, so not a big deal.
